Thank you for supporting Gaia's Glow! We want to ensure your orders arrive safely and efficiently. Below you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended, and we will notify you via email if any significant delays occur.
2. UK Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer a reliable, standard domestic delivery service across the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer express or overnight shipping.
* Standard UK Shipping (3–5 Working Days): £3.99
* Free UK Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all orders over £40.00.
3. European Union (EU) International Shipping
We are pleased to offer standard international shipping to our customers across the European Union.
* EU Standard Shipping (7–14 Business Days): £14.99 flat rate.
* Please Note: Free shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders.
4. Rest of the World (International Shipping)
We ship to select international destinations outside of the UK and EU (including the USA, Canada, and Australia).
* Standard International Shipping (7–14 Business Days): £23.99 flat rate.
* Please Note: Free shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders.
*Customs & Import Duties: For all international orders (EU and Rest of World), customers are solely responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their country's border authorities upon arrival.*
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our delivery partners, a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number will be sent straight to your inbox. You can use this number to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
